We have never felt the need to describe our oles as "crafh because they have never been anything else. Each year thousands of visitors join us to look round the historic brewhouse, following the traditional process from the raw ingredients to a few halves of the final product. It is a process that in many ways has changed very little in the last two centuries. Where it has been updated it has always been in the pursuit of quality.
